SEPM, Société d'Exploitation des Ports de Monaco, is responsible for the operation, management and development of the Principality's ports as part of a mission of general interest. It plays a central role in the organization of Monaco's ports, helping to welcome ships and provide services for yachtsmen, passengers and other users of port facilities.

Its activities cover the maintenance, modernization, improvement and development of port facilities. SEPM also contributes to the commercial development of Monaco's ports, by ensuring the quality of the services offered and the adaptation of infrastructures to the needs of the yachting industry, particularly for medium and large-sized boats.

In addition to its local role, SEPM is developing recognized port expertise, which can be leveraged internationally through port-related holdings or projects. This approach enables Monaco to strengthen its reception capacity, while at the same time exporting its know-how in port management, operations and outreach.
