  • Microsoft Clarity (usage analysis / browsing behavior),
  • Google Search Console (webmaster tool / publisher-side SEO diagnostics).

3) PURPOSE OF THE SITE - NATURE OF SERVICES

KaliDirectory is a professional digital directory dedicated to the visibility of companies, organizations and professionals operating in the Principality of Monaco, and to the publication of related informative and editorial content.

The Site may offer, exclusively in this context, the sale of advertising space and/or sponsored content, published under the control of the publisher.

4) ACCESS TO THE SITE - ACCEPTANCE - UPDATING

Access to and use of the Site implies acceptance of the present legal notice.

The publisher reserves the right to modify them at any time. The applicable version is the one published online at the time of consultation.

5) CONTENT, DATA, SOURCES - TRANSLATIONS - LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

The Site may contain information derived from (i) data communicated by the referenced entities, (ii) accessible public sources, (iii) internal structuring, formatting and translation processes.

Despite the care taken, the publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information published.

Translations, reformulations and automatic processing (particularly multilingual) are provided for information purposes only and may contain approximations; only the reference version published by the publisher is authentic.

Each referenced entity remains solely responsible for the information, visuals, claims, offers, rates, availability and content it provides or claims to be accurate.

6) LIABILITY - AVAILABILITY - THIRD-PARTY LINKS - ABSENCE OF ADVICE

The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure access to and proper operation of the Site, without any obligation to achieve results.

The publisher cannot be held liable for any interruption, malfunction, maintenance, overload, loss of data, intrusion, virus or technical incident beyond its control, nor for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only; the publisher has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

The contents of the Site are for information purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial or other). Users remain solely responsible for the use they make of the information.

In the event of force majeure or events beyond the reasonable control of the publisher, the publisher shall not be held liable.

7) SPONSORED CONTENT / ADVERTISING (100% INTERNAL)

The Site may display sponsored content and/or advertising exclusively managed, selected and published by the publisher, under its control (formatting, distribution, removal). The Site does not include an advertising network that imposes content not controlled by the publisher.

As a matter of principle, advertising may be limited to free listings (local advertising). Certain packages or options may allow advertising to be removed from a listing, depending on the applicable commercial conditions.

Sponsored/advertised content does not constitute a recommendation, guarantee or institutional endorsement. The advertiser remains solely responsible for the information, visuals and offers contained in its content.

8) NO COMMISSION WITHOUT WRITTEN AGREEMENT (ANTI-CONTRIBUTION / ANTI-AFFILIATION)

No commission, remuneration, retrocession or indemnity is due in respect of a referral, recommendation, business contribution, sponsorship or commercial approach, in the absence of a prior written agreement signed by the publisher.

Any initiative by a third party to "bring" customers, partners or advertisers to the Site does not give rise to any remuneration, unless a separate written agreement has been signed.

9) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - DATABASES - CONTENT PROVIDED

Unless otherwise stated, all the elements making up the Site (text, structure, tree structure, design, graphics, databases, editorial content, code, etc.) are protected by the rules applicable to intellectual property. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Third-party brands, names and logos appear on the Site for identification and information purposes; they remain the property of their owners. Their presence does not imply any affiliation or endorsement, unless expressly stated.

By transmitting content (texts, logos, images, documents), the contributor guarantees to have the necessary rights and authorizes the editor to reproduce and represent them on the Site, within the framework of the directory and its promotion, for the duration of the content's online presence, unless a request for withdrawal is made.

10) RANKING / VISIBILITY - DISPLAY CRITERIA

The order in which entries, categories and results are displayed may depend on technical, editorial or commercial criteria (e.g. completeness, relevance, visibility options). The publisher reserves the right to modify these criteria at any time.

11) REPORTING - CORRECTION - REMOVAL - ANTI-FRAUD

Any request for correction, update or removal may be sent to [email protected].

Any notification must include at least: the identification of the requesting party, the URL concerned, a precise description of the contested content, the reasons, and any useful supporting documents. The editor may request additional information before taking action. In the event of manifestly illicit content, the editor may proceed with a precautionary suspension or withdrawal.

The publisher may refuse, suspend or remove any application for registration or content where there is reasonable doubt as to the identity of the applicant, the accuracy of the information, the authorization to use distinctive signs (logo, trademark) or compliance with these terms.

The publisher is under no obligation to publish, maintain, reference or keep online any content or file, even after exchange, request or transmission of information.

12.1 Personal data

Personal data collected via the Site (e.g. forms, registration requests, contact requests, commercial management, requests to exercise rights, exchanges) are processed in accordance with the rules applicable in the Principality of Monaco.

The persons concerned may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability) by writing to [email protected].

12.2 Cookies/trackers - consent

The Site may use :

  • strictly necessary tracers (operation, security, anti-fraud, anti-bot/captcha protection via Cloudflare),
  • and, subject to your choice/consent when required, cookies for audience measurement and usage analysis (e.g. GA4, Microsoft Clarity).

A cookie settings module allows you to accept, refuse or personalize non-essential cookies. Users can also configure their browsers.

12.3 Service providers and transfers

Certain service providers (in particular Google/Microsoft/Cloudflare) may process and/or transfer data outside Monaco and/or the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are governed by appropriate legal mechanisms (e.g. standard contractual clauses and additional measures), where applicable.

Important: Google Search Console is a webmaster tool used by the publisher for technical/SEO monitoring of the Site; it does not necessarily involve the deposit of user-side tracers, but may process aggregated/technical data linked to the Site's presence in search results.

13) INDEPENDENCE, LOCAL ROOTS AND COMMITMENTS

KaliDirectory is a private initiative developed by KaliSynergy, based in the Principality of Monaco.
The platform is independent in its editorial and commercial management.

KaliSynergy is a member of the Monaco Economic Board (MEB) and is committed to Monaco's economic ecosystem.
The company is also a signatory of the National Pact for Energy Transition.

The Site is not an official service of the Prince's Government or any Monegasque public institution, unless expressly mentioned as a partnership or collaboration within a specific scope.

14) APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT JURISDICTION

This legal notice is governed by Monegasque law.

Any dispute relating to the Site shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Principality of Monaco, unless otherwise stipulated.
